"A good leader is a facilitator and participative manager who supports and empowers others" (Bolman & Deal, 2021)
What is Human Resources Frame:
The Human Resources Frame of an organization refers to the perspective through which an organization views its employees and their role within the company. It encompasses all aspects related to managing and developing human capital to achieve organizational goals. In the Human Resources frame there is an integration of human needs and organizational requirements. This frame focuses on areas such as recruitment, selection, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and career development. The Human Resources Frame recognizes that the success of an organization is heavily dependent on effectively managing its people. In the case study I performed for Pro-Seminar I, I have demonstrated the Human Resource frame of the organization affected the outcome of the situation. I also disclosed the changes to the Human Resource frame which I believe would have been beneficial to the organization.

Reflection Of The Human Resource Frame:
Upon reflecting on the knowledge I have gained regarding the Human Resources Frame, there are certain aspects of my approach that I would alter. Specifically, placing greater emphasis on cultivating a positive work culture would be at the top of my list. The framework stresses valuing and nurturing employees while focusing on enhancing their weaker areas to ultimately increase productivity and satisfaction by bolstering confidence in both work and position. Previously, it is possible for me to have overlooked how crucial fostering an encouraging atmosphere can be while only concentrating solely upon achieving objectives instead. Bolman & Deal ask an essential question: "Can people find freedom and dignity in a world dominated by economic fluctuations pushing cost reduction measures?"(Bolman & Deal 2021, p. 121). Going forward, devoting attention towards building robust relationships with team members along with providing venues for growth opportunities will become prioritized alongside promoting open communication as well as strengthening its effectiveness within teams moving ahead.
