- The first goal I have at this point in my career and education is to graduate from Arizona State University with honors on May 6th 2024 obtaining a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a strong focus on Project Management. Update: Graduated Summa Cum Laude!
- Within the first three months after graduation in my professional career is to secure a position as a project manager in an established company or organization. This role will allow me to apply the knowledge and skills gained during my studies while also providing opportunities to further develop my project management expertise.
- My next goal is to stay educated. At least for the next three years I plan to spend a lot of time focusing on modern technologies and trends in my field. Project management and Organizational Leadership is continually evolving with new methodologies, tools, technologies, and industry-specific requirements emerging over time. I plan to make it a priority to stay informed about these developments through attending conferences/workshops/seminars, reading industry publications, and participating in professional networking events.
- Last but not least, my fourth goal is to lead larger-scale projects. As I grow in my career and within five years, I plan to aim for more significant responsibilities by leading larger-scale projects involving multiple teams, departments, or even global stakeholders. Managing complex projects will provide me with invaluable experience in handling diverse resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
